Our Company has a team that specializes in the constitution of:

- managing companies that are involved in private equity (drafting and finalization of their application file for approval, updating of their program of activity, relationships with the financial markets regulating authority)
- investment vehicles dedicated to private equity (venture capital companies, investment finds, foreign structures)

Our team also assists professional investors in their daily activities and tracks their regulatory obligations

« Transactions » division
We do around ten projects a year - venture capital, recovery financing or LBOs.
We accompany capital investors in their investments and divestments, or companies in their fund raising operations, and assist executive officers with regard to the assignment of their enterprise and the setting up of their management package.

We conduct audits, take part in negotiations and the structuring of transactions, we draft and finalize contract documents.
